Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Creativelighting. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

  • High Volume Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at maryvillaflor351@gmail.com.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to fit your needs.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Note on Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery windows may vary depending on the shipping carrier, local logistics, customs processing, or unforeseen events outside our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s) once your order has officially shipped. The tracking number will typically become active and trackable within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We provide international shipping options to most global locations. However, please be advised of the following regional regulations:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Creativelighting is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your order.

  • Customer Responsibility: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you have questions regarding potential import costs.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical residential or business address at checkout to avoid delivery failure.

  • Ensure all delivery information (name, address, apartment number, and phone number) is filled out accurately. Creativelighting is not liable for packages misdelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Once the products are transferred to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately.

  • For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, please check with your local postal carrier and neighbors before reaching out to us.
